Uncover and Activate Purpose

We help you set your ‘North Star’ and use it to guide all organisational strategy and decision-making.

We offer three products to help you uncover, articulate and activate purpose; see its benefits to performance; and identify current gaps within the business.

  • Are you curious about purpose and want to better understand how to unlock its benefits for your business?.

    Do you want to establish an authentic purpose for your business because you believe it will make a difference to performance?

    Are your people aligned on your business strategy; is the company vision clearly communicated and understood; and would you like more passion and engagement in your teams to overcome challenging times?

    We will work with you, your employees and clients to understand what really makes you tick so you can generate an authentic and meaningful purpose.

    We identify your purpose using a mix of companywide online surveys, face-to-face consultations and group workshops.

Leadership and Team Development

We develop senior leaders and teams to lead more effectively.

We coach, mentor and train leaders one-to-one, in groups and establish peer support networks. Our model for leadership helps individuals identify their strengths, and gets leaders working effectively as a team.

  • You are a busy leader with lots of responsibilities but not enough time. It is increasingly difficult to find the time and space to step back, reflect, prioritise and plan – so that you can have a greater impact and achieve your goals.

    You want to fulfil your potential but need support to make the transition as your role evolves (possibly from from founder to CEO and your business from start-up to scale up).

    In a world where change is the only constant you are constantly breaking new ground and having to deal with new scenarios while under pressure to always get it right first time.

    You are required to support and coach your teams, but who is supporting you?

    There has been lots of change within your business and your Executive team is inexperienced or new to their roles and/or one another. You need to build capacity and capability and get them working together effectively.

    We work with Leadership and Executive teams on how to create high-performing teams by delivering sessions covering:

  • You have a very specific requirement for staff training or team coaching.

    We deliver training programmes or one-off training days to members of your leadership teams.

Business Consultancy

We are a different type of consultancy. We focus on building your capacity and capability.

Our team bring real-life practical experience from senior roles in the business world. We consult in three areas, and focus on delivering genuine sustainable impact.

    You want to implement a meaningful ESG plan that has a real impact.
